Kara Mayeda

Kara is the Vice President of Customer Success for iHH.  Kara was an iHealthHome customer before joining the iHH team.  As the Director of Home and Community Based Services for Keiro Northwest in Seattle, Kara started a home care with navigation service from ground zero with an emphasis on serving the Asian-American community in Seattle.  Using iHealthHome’s software, Kara implemented a fully paperless process and was able to manage and run the agency from her mobile phone.  Kara has led the onboarding of multitudes of care management customers onto iHH’s platform and is an expert in workflows and process of care managers both large and small.
